The hotel staff are not professional, and the restaurant is disappointing.

It’s a scam hotel that uses the original The Ginger Inn name to deceive people. The location is terrible and the duplicate name is a fraud.

For a 3 year old hotel, everything was up to date and neat. Be it the wall paints, bath fittings, electronics or Bed spreads all were like new. I was surprised when the staffs revealed it's 3 year old. That's amazing. 10/10 Staffs were great and were very helpful. Limited staff but quite efficient and active. Response time to requests were far better than many others I have visited before this one. 9/10 Food was good. I haven't tried all of them as I was quite familiar with BBSR and full of friends and relatives. But food was good - 8/10 The location is just a few steps from the highway. So, no worries about commuting. 8/10. No elevator. So, avoid if you have a leg issue or with elderly persons. Or just make a special request for a room on the ground floor. I need a cup of tea early in the morning. That was not possible as the kitchen starts around 7.30 AM. So you have to wait till 8 AM for your cup. I was walking down nearby to grab a cup. Hope they do something about it
