The location was fine. However, my stay fell far short of what I expected. From day one, the shower gel dispenser in the bathroom was broken, and I told reception right away. The problem wasn’t fixed until just a day before I left, and even then it broke again that same day. I get that maintenance can be an issue, but having a basic bathroom feature out of order for almost the whole stay, despite repeatedly pointing it out, was hugely disappointing. I expected much better service and attention to simple guest needs, and this problem really ruined my overall comfort.
