The property was pretty, with a great view, beautiful plants, and a nice garden; they offered daily room cleaning, which was very nice, and they were quite helpful with any requests we had. The toilets in the ground floor rooms weren't very clean, and they close the gate after 12am, so if you need to go out you have to request it in advance; they did allow us though. The food was good but pricey. Apart from this everything else was nice.

The view was the only thing that stood out; the service, staff behavior, lack of lift, very noisy night, and unresponsive staff were all disappointing.

The staff were great and helpful, the place was clean, the homemade food was delicious, and the garden was well maintained; the only downside was limited parking space and extra charges for room service.
