The place really lets you feel the outdoors, which was a nice change of pace. Unfortunately the “double” bed was just two singles pushed together, so it was uncomfortable for me and my girlfriend. That made it hard to relax together at night.

Everything was spot‑on – breakfast was organized, the front desk staff were friendly, and the building itself is pretty cute. It’s just a short walk to the beach and there’s a tiny bar that’s perfect for a quiet January getaway. Honestly, I can’t think of anything that was off.

The staff were super welcoming and quick to help, which I appreciated. The breakfast, though, could've used some eggs or granola for a healthier touch, and the rooms felt pretty dark. The bathrooms are tiny and the accordion‑style doors never closed properly, so we always left them cracked open.

The cabin felt cozy and quiet, and it’s in a sweet spot close to Ouvidor and Vermelha beaches with nice trails that even link to Praia do Rosa. It came with a stove, fridge, sink, TV and comfy, clean beds, and the owners were helpful with local tips. Only thing missing was a toaster, which would have been handy.

The location is the main draw – everything you need is within walking distance, and you’re right near the main attractions. Nothing else really stood out, but being so centrally placed made the stay easy.
