Clean, nicely furnished, spacious, with basic household appliances. Owner Tanja is wonderful, as is her family; she is a true hostess, communicative, always ready to help and give advice. A lovely experience. No complaints.

I was greeted by a very helpful and friendly host, and the place sits in a great spot close to the Observatory. From the base floor you won’t see a panorama, and the GPS can mislead you if you’re carrying luggage – it will drop you on the hilltop at a public parking lot by the forest edge, forcing you to walk down a steep slope of about 200‑250 m. The correct car entrance is on the downside, from Zvezdarska street. The bathroom is tiny and dark, and it stays cold in winter; the room heats up quickly thanks to a convection heater, but the bathroom waits for the hall to warm first. If you’re not sensitive to chill, it’s fine.
