The room was very clean and spacious; the welcome area had a pleasant scent that caught my attention. It was disappointing that the TV remote didn’t have batteries, a problem noted on the first day and not fixed the next.

There was no air conditioning, no response to booking messages, and the restaurant menu wasn’t available online.

Everything was very good. The towels should be larger.

Staying at this hotel was definitely successful and met all my expectations. The atmosphere feels cozy and homey, perfect after a workday. Breakfasts are varied and tasty, with generous extra portions. I recommend it!

The bed was fine. There was no hot water, and when I mentioned it, nobody listened.
