Everything was fine. However, they wouldn’t give me an invoice even after I sent all the details to an email, and the reception staff were unhelpful; they said that booking had to issue the invoice.

The room was fine, but the pool had dirty water that made me hesitant to jump in; the beach was also dirty, though that’s more a climate issue than the hotel’s fault.

The accommodation is large, but the lobby bar was overwhelmed, and they only opened the restaurant at 11 pm, charging for lights without prior notice.

“The stay was great”

I was celebrating my son's birthday, but the items that were supposed to arrive in the room never showed up, even though the hotel advertised those amenities.

It was my 3rd time in Hilton, property is perfect! Super clean, staff friendly, service amazing!. Pool!!!! It should be fixed!!!! Every single day so many kids and even adults got cut!!!!! Super sharp small tiles in the pool! My 2 year old son got really deep cut on his leg! One boy was escorted out by medical personnel with cuts on his belly and leg! Food was perfect in Steak House and Italian restaurant, but not in Mexican buffet!!!!! We are family who doesn’t eat pork, and for guests like us there is nothing to eat except rice! Rest of the food all kind of different pork dishes((((
