“Amazing stay in Siquijor”

The location is great, the beach view is amazing, the AC is cool, the bed is very comfortable, the Wi‑Fi is fast, and it’s affordable—my favorite in Siquijor! The only suggestion is to replace the door knob in room 2, as it looks worn.

The owner is the worst on Siquijor and the place was full of bedbugs; the owner didn't care at all. Other reviews had mentioned bedbugs months before ours, yet nothing was done. Our entire room was infested. When we told the owner, he only offered to change the sheets. We agreed we could cancel and get a refund, but he tried to force us to cancel with a fee equal to what we paid for the booking. He claimed it was our choice to leave the room and that we were responsible for the booking, which was true, but it ruined our holiday as we spent two days cleaning our bags of bedbugs. We convinced him to give us a full refund so he could reopen the room, only to find the next day new guests had already moved into our old room, and nothing had been done to the infested room. We feel sorry for those who are now affected by bedbugs from a hotel and an owner who only cares about money, even when it harms the guests. This is a place to stay far away from. Poor management without humanity.

“MALiSIMO”

I couldn't sleep there because of the damp smell, which was not exaggerated; the bathroom was so smelly you couldn't even enter. The internet didn't work. Later at night, the bar next door was noisy, as well as the road where motorcycles passed, and the noise was overwhelming. The towels were bad—we had to use our own from the beach.

I liked that the room was in the center of San Juan and that you could also stay at the beachfront and enjoy the view.
