The hotel is wonderful—by far the best we’ve stayed at in Gramado! It’s immaculate, the room is great, and the location is perfect, close to everything yet surrounded by nature. The only issue was a wardrobe door problem: when you open one with force it hits the other and breaks. Just a small detail to look into.

I think it was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at; everything there is marvelous! The staff, cleaning, and breakfast were all of high quality and meticulous. I liked everything.
