Everything—from the cleanliness and room size to the breakfast, laundry and overall comfort—was excellent, making our stay very pleasant. The only hiccup came on our departure day: we had asked the front desk the night before to arrange a transfer for six people to Chengdu East Railway Station, were told the price and to meet in the hotel lobby half an hour before departure, but the next morning the staff on duty had no record of the arrangement and seemed unaware of the request. Instead of a six‑seater vehicle, the receptionist booked a standard Didi taxi that only fits four, then tried to help outside but couldn’t resolve it, forcing us to order another Didi ourselves. After such a great stay, that ending was disappointing.

The facilities were very well kept, the beds were comfortable, breakfast was good, the staff were very friendly, and the daily juice by the elevator was top. The room was a bit noisy from the air conditioning—maybe it was our unit or several units together. The window was blocked; light came in but nothing could be seen. There was no towel hanger, so we had to improvise.

The room was spotless, the staff could be understood with a translator, and the breakfast was mostly Chinese but there were other options if that wasn't to your taste; the metro stop is a 5‑minute walk away.
