I paid almost 1800 Hong Kong dollars for a room that was very dirty, with cockroaches and bedbugs, and I’m hoping for a refund. The accommodation was disgusting and ruined our vacation.

The location near TST Center was great and the Wi‑Fi worked fine, but the room was noisy from the neighboring unit and the elevator wait times were long.

The hotel sits on top of a market and has a good location, though the venue feels a bit rundown. The rooms are simple, clean, and the staff were helpful, moving me to a safer room closer to reception. It’s fine if you just need a place to sleep, but the building is noisy and somewhat run‑down, so be wary of shady people.
