The room I had booked with 2 Queen beds was not accessible be elevators only up 2 flights of stairs. I had to ask what my options were and was told I could get 2 doubles in an accessible part of the hotel. That was ok but the front desk clerk wasn’t very friendly about it. The pillows were lumpy. Location was ok
