Thanh Kieu Beach Resort, located on Long Beach, features red-brick bungalows with thatched roofs. The resort offers air-conditioned rooms with private balconies, minibars, and en-suite bathrooms. Guests enjoy free WiFi, private parking, and access to a garden, sun terrace, and business centre. Activities include diving, snorkelling, fishing, and bicycle rental. The resort is 4.4 km from Phu Quoc International Airport and 1 km from Coi Nguon Museum.

The pool was fine. The people at the beach bar were very bad, they had nothing and you could never order anything, and the buffet was very, very scant.

We stayed in room 3 with a sea view; at first we were given room 2, but after a night, when they cleaned and tidied the room again, we asked to move to room 3 which really had a sea view, and they immediately fulfilled our request. The staff service was above expectations, breakfast was great, the infinity pool with a sea view was clean and fun, daily housekeeping was provided, the location was excellent right in the center of Long Beach, and we also rented a scooter from the hotel to travel north and south.

The place is very pretty and the room and bathroom size are very good. Also, the pool is amazing. Our experience has not been good at all. The resort is under construction. Every morning we were woken up because from 7, 7:30 h they were making a lot of noise. Moreover, the second morning they put a scaffold at the door of our bungalow at 7 h and started hammering the roof fixing something we don’t know. We complained and got nothing. Finally, we do not recommend going in August to this part of the island because the beach is inaccessible with so much surf. Consequently, you cannot use the facilities you have at the resort such as the pool and the beach, and you have to go 40 minutes away to be able to swim in the beach.

A nice breakfast, a gorgeous pool, a well‑maintained hotel and a lovely beach, except for all the litter along the shore, but otherwise it’s a very good place.
