Alex was the duty receptionist when we arrived and was super friendly and efficient. He gave us some restaurant recommendations and booked our first meal. A great ambassador for the property. Also everyone was bilingual. No elevator.but we were warned and Alex took our bags up for us

Die Lage war toll, in der Nähe des Palais des Ducs. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und das Zimmer sauber. Das Haus ist schön renoviert worden und hat man eine Mischung aus alt und neu. Das Zimmer war absolut in Ordnung, sauber und auch schön, doch für rund 200 Fr. pro Nacht schon eher teuer für das, was es bietet.

Blanca and Alex at reception were the best; they made everything so easy and helpful, and the location was great. Nothing else stood out.

The service was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, with valuable tips; we booked a wine tasting and received excellent insights into wine production and Burgundy quality levels in the hotel’s vaulted cellar, which was absolutely recommended! The breakfast was very varied and of high quality (fresh produce, freshly squeezed orange juice, …). We felt very comfortable. The air‑conditioner is unfortunately a bit loud.
