Close to the lagoon. The door card didn’t work, the room was dirty with dusty carpets and stains, the bedding smelled like I was sleeping after someone else, the second guest could smell sweat—tragedy. No shower curtains, also a tragedy. Breakfast was listed as 7 to 10, but the dining area opened only at 8:30, which is a drama because I usually meet a client at 9:00, so I missed breakfast that day; it was served at 9:10. The breakfast offered didn’t match the description; I liked to pick my own items for dietary reasons. The coffee tasted like low‑quality brew. The staff serving breakfast looked unprofessional and dirty, and everything seemed as if I was sitting or sleeping after someone else. Ble ble, disgusting.

The room condition was unacceptable for these times. The bathroom and sofa looked like they were from the PRL era, which the photos on the portal did not show!

The train tracks are loud; you can hear trains passing by very clearly.

Close to the train station, the pier, the Teutonic castle, and the lakeside promenade. Friendly staff. Good price. You can survive on one night. The rooms could use a refresh; the carpet was stained and the TV wasn’t working.
