The vibe was very calm, yet our card got blocked and we couldn't access the room.

The room had plenty of space, but it was poorly cleaned—hair or fur in the bathtub, a smelly corner in the shower, and the iron we asked for from reception took 15 minutes to arrive and then didn't work.
