When I called to confirm their policy on kids under 4, the Indian staff member who answered was extremely dismissive and rude

The price is fair for a solo traveller and the place is quiet, but there’s no Netflix, no table, no extra pillow, the pillow is too soft and uncomfortable, and parking is limited.
I forgot to collect my deposit.
“Clean and comfortable”
Clean room, helpful staff, near to Lotus store. Only 3 parking lot infront of the hotel
“Selesa dan harga berpatutan”
The location is close to Lotus Mall and restaurants, the room is comfortable, the check‑in is flexible and you pay at the hotel, and the reception staff are friendly and professional, but there’s no wardrobe for clothes or bags and not enough power outlets.
The experience was good, and also not good.
