I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. The cost was way too high for what you get, and the cleanliness was basically non-existent. The room service was a joke - I had to ask for towels three times before they finally showed up. And don't even get me started on the state of the bathroom. It was like they just expected me to deal with it. Needless to say, I won't be back.

I was really disappointed with this place. The moment we checked in, I knew it wasn't going to be a good stay. The bedspread and pillow covers were filthy, and when I asked the staff to change them, they flat out refused. Needless to say, we didn't even last an hour before checking out and booking another hotel. It's a shame, because we had high hopes for our Bangalore visit.

The location was perfect for me, and the property itself was generally clean. But the bathroom was a different story - it was like they just forgot to clean it altogether. And to make matters worse, my booking experience was a complete nightmare. They cancelled my original booking without telling me, and then made me pay for a new one online before I even checked in. When I tried to change my plans, they refused to budge. I ended up staying one night and paying for two.

The staff were friendly and the bed was super comfortable, but the bathroom was a letdown. It was already used when we got there, and the commode was still wet. On top of that, the room had a weird fungal smell that lingered even after they sprayed some freshener. It was a shame, because the amenities were actually pretty good.

I had an amazing stay here - the rooms were great, and all the staff were super helpful. Mr. Ganesh Shetty from the front desk was especially great, he went out of his way to answer all my questions and make sure I had everything I needed. I loved my stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone.
