“Fantastic place great location for anyone”

The house was very clean and beautiful, shared with the owners but still entirely private. Breakfast was amazing. It’s a 14‑minute walk from the station or you can catch a tram almost to the door. I would recommend anyone to stay here. The downside was the many steps down to the house for large suitcases.

I had a fantastic time with Enrico and Luz. The location is excellent, many sights are quickly reachable on foot or by public transport. Check‑in went smoothly and Enrico was always helpful. The room was modern, the bathroom was clean and had everything you need for a city trip. And not just an espresso and a Cornetto, every morning I was surprised with a new breakfast. The value for money here is absolutely right. I would come back anytime!

The location was great, close to the train station and the city center, so everything was within walking distance. The space we were given was excellent: a room with a wardrobe, a living area with a sofa, a table, glasses, cutlery, plates, cups, and a mini‑fridge, plus a bathroom. The shower was very good, the box spacious. There was also a lovely outdoor area, but we didn’t use it. The breakfast prepared by the host was very good and varied each day, and he was very helpful by welcoming us before check‑in and especially by preparing breakfast at the time we requested, since we had two day trips to other cities and had to leave early. Another kindness was letting us keep our luggage after check‑out because our train left only at night and check‑out was early. The experience was very good! The only thing that isn’t a real negative is a warning: it’s a place where the hosts live, so the accommodation is an annex with its own key, but the kitchen where breakfast is served is in the hosts’ house and we accessed it from inside the accommodation. We feel that this reduces privacy a bit; maybe a suggestion would be to prepare breakfast and leave it in a basket to pick up and return without contact with the owners, so they wouldn’t be bothered by people in their kitchen. Also, because it is literally “part” of the house, you can hear the owners’ daily life, and they can hear the guests, which takes away some privacy.

“Perfecto”

La amabilidad, dispuestos a ayudarte con cualquier cosa que necesites. LuzMe un encanto. Nos facilitaron dejar el equipaje, antes y después de las horas, según nuestras necesidades. Desayuno perfecto, dulce y salado, distinto cada día del.anterior. Es un apartamento en un bajo de un edificio, pero con jardín. No está muy céntrico, pero se llega del centro en menos de 1/2 horas , además hay otras opciones de transporte. Nada

A great little apartment with a garden, very well connected to public transport and very well equipped (e.g., ceiling fan, beverage fridge). Everything was super clean and the two hosts were very friendly and helpful. I felt very comfortable.
