Cleanliness and accommodations were good, and it was quiet. The internet was bad and kept failing, never came back. The shower didn’t heat well. The TV could have had a bigger screen. The location wasn’t identified, there was no signage or information about the place.

“frustração com a instalação e com o booking”

The natural setting was nice, but the strong mold smell forced us to leave on the first night because of an allergy. Also, the booking listed the location as downtown Urubici, but it’s actually about 10 km away from the city center. The person who installed the place only gave us the correct location after the free cancellation deadline had passed—unacceptable for a serious platform!

I didn’t like anything and we couldn’t even stay. It was a scam. The service you provided is completely unacceptable and shows a shocking level of indifference to the customer. It’s inexcusable for a hospitality company to allow such situations. I was shocked by a last‑minute request to change accommodations, showing total lack of organization, planning, and respect. On top of that, the alternative offered had deplorable hygiene, with rat droppings in the room—absolutely intolerable in any circumstance. This experience was extremely negative and far below any minimum acceptable standard. It’s a serious disrespect to the consumer who trusted the platform and the establishment. I will publicly report this incident in reviews and appropriate channels to warn other customers about the poor quality of service and treatment at Village Bach. I expect a serious response and concrete measures so that this type of situation never happens again.
