Modern rooms feature air‑conditioning, flat‑screen TVs, free Wi‑Fi and private bathrooms with showers and toiletries. Breakfast supplies are provided in‑room. The hotel is 2 km from Tivoli Train Station, a 7‑minute walk from the hospital, and offers easy bus access to Rome and nearby hot springs.

The location is super central for visiting Villa D’Este, Villa Gregoriana, and the city center.

Parking is in a public lot across the main road, and the one‑way system is confusing after unloading cases.

Getting there was easy and the room was very comfortable; it offered good value for money and the staff was very helpful during check‑in. The hallway door was very thin and you could hear everyone passing by.

Location. Breakfast is included in near by cafe. There is a high 4-th floor without elevator. The shower is really small. Drain was clogged, and it was just 4 small packages of shampoo only, no soap or body wash. Kitchen has no gas, there is even no way to make tea or coffee, just a microwave
