Located on Staré Splavy’s lakefront, Penzion na Slunci offers direct beach access and a garden surrounded by Wi‑Fi. Rooms include private bathrooms, seating areas, showers, wardrobes, terraces or balconies with garden views. Guests enjoy a lounge, outdoor fireplace, shared kitchen, and nearby hiking, cycling, and Castle Bezděz (13 km) excursions. Aquapark is a 13‑minute walk; the railway station lies 500 m away.

Older, well‑maintained facilities but rooms are very basic. The option to stay with a dog is available for a fee. The kitchen and dining area are older yet well equipped. The surroundings are nice, located in the town center, and parking is excellent.

The kitchen is great for cooking yourself. However, there was a general stale smell in all rooms even after airing out, and the mattresses and such urgently need to be replaced.
