A quiet room close to the city center with a lovely balcony view. It would have been better if there were a fridge in the room or even on the landing, especially when temperatures hit 40 degrees. A drying rack on the balcony would also help. The mattress feels a bit firm and there’s no trash bin in the room.

The host was very friendly from the booking until our midnight arrival. The balcony offers a nice city view. The room is very small. The TV didn’t work, probably because of bad weather and no signal. The bathtub is old and the hot water pressure is barely enough; the host said you have to mix it with cold water, but I wanted it hot given the temperatures. The place is 25 minutes from the station.

When I was looking for a place to stay, I found this one, but I didn’t realize that check‑in was only after 16 h—something I’d never seen before—and check‑out was at 10 h30. I tried to cancel but couldn’t. So I decided to explore the city until it was time to check in. I arrived around 17 h50 and rang the bell about five times. I called the number on the app, tried multiple times, and sent a WhatsApp message, but got no reply. I waited outside for about an hour and a half until a man—probably the owner—appeared, opened the door, and asked me to wait on the sofa because he was still finishing cleaning the room. That took another 30 minutes. So I was supposed to enter at 16 h, but I only got in at 18 h. When I took a shower, the hot water took a long time to heat up and the flow was weak. I went back to the room and, shortly after, the bell started ringing again. It rang and knocked on the door for almost 40 minutes. I messaged the person who attended me, asking what was happening because the noise was very annoying. About 30 minutes later, he came and opened the door for other people to enter. That part was really annoying, it made a lot of noise and disrupted my rest.
