The pool was great.

The staff were friendly, but none spoke English, so we had to rely on Google Translate. The pool was lovely and our room had a balcony. We booked the family room that accommodates five people, which felt a bit cramped and the shower looked outdated, but otherwise it was fine.

The beds were fine and the room looked clean, so I slept well. However, a pipe in the bathroom kept leaking and the floor stayed wet throughout the stay. Next to the pool there was a henhouse, and the smell made the pool area unpleasant. It took some time to get in, but the person who greeted us was friendly and showed us around. The next day, a different staff member who seemed to work there came out, but she didn’t speak English, which made checkout a bit difficult. The fridge and kitchen utilities were shared with other guests (though no one else was on our floor, so it didn’t bother us). Overall, it felt like a premium place at a premium price, but it was really below average.
