We spent a night at the hotel, the gentleman at reception was very kind and smiling, we also had breakfast before heading out to the desert 12 km away, the room was quiet and comfortable, yet the shower water in the morning wasn’t warm enough.

The welcome, friendliness, and staff availability near the Bardenas Reales Desert, restaurant, breakfast and bar on site, free parking were great, but it could be a little more modern.

Close to Bardenas Reales, it was quiet when I was there, there was a fan in the room, and towels were provided for the shower, yet there was no hot/warm water and there were many hairs on the bed sheets.

We ate quite well when we arrived, but the place was old, everything could be heard from outside, the blinds were broken, the sheets were dirty, the fan was broken and wouldn’t spin, it was awful, unbearably hot, and one of the bathrooms smelled terrible.
