The guy at reception was fantastic; he made our stay very easy. I loved everything.

The hotel sits in a lovely, secure neighborhood and the staff are friendly and helpful; the rooms themselves are very tidy. However, the wardrobe doors wouldn’t close properly and the mirror was broken. The white linens were stained and not cleaned well, and the towels were dirty. I was hoping for a bathtub instead of a shower, so that should be clarified.
