The host was very friendly and helpful, and the room’s equipment—microwave, fridge, glasses, water heater, TV—fully met my needs. One of the biggest advantages was that the Wi‑Fi worked perfectly and the air‑conditioner was quiet and powerful; at an outdoor temperature of 38 °C it cooled the room very quickly. The parking in the courtyard holds only 3 cars, and one of them can’t pull out if the other two are parked behind it, which surprised me, but there is a larger parking lot right across the street where I left my car overnight without any issue. The walls are unfortunately very thin. The guests were quiet, but this caused a problem when, at 6 am, part of the staff arrived at 8 am and packed and talked so loudly that I couldn’t sleep. The rooms are on the upper floor and the staff are on the ground floor. All of this happened on a weekend. I stayed for four nights; one morning was so disruptive, another was less so, and two mornings were quiet. Nevertheless, I would stay again because the value for money is still good. I gave it a 9, but if the morning wasn’t noisy, it would have been a solid 10.
The room was tidy and clean, and everything happened as agreed. The street‑front rooms were surprisingly noisy, which caused us adults trouble sleeping. In the stairwell there was a constant smell like the bars that smoked for 20 years before the ban; I didn’t know where to put it, because otherwise the place was clean.
A great spot right in the center, but the central location makes the area a bit noisy.

I had an urgent reservation 23 km from Pécs, my destination coming from Budapest. The bad‑faith cancellation by Liszt Apartment with Booking in Pécs forced me to come to this accommodation.
