The location is great and quite quiet, with plenty of restaurants around and the Prebitsch Gate just a short walk from the hotel. Breakfast was good, featuring scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, cheese, salami, yogurt, and fruit, but it was only added upon request. The first thing that caught my eye were laundry bags in the hallway. The mattresses were hard, feeling more like a board than a spring bed. The heating was cold at the start, which was a problem in mid‑October. After asking the next morning, the central gas heating was switched on, yet it took several hours for the room to warm up. Hot water also went out intermittently, and the rooms are quite cramped.
