Everything matched the pictures exactly! You live inside photo walls, and here turtles hatch, monitor lizards run, and there are many birds. The café is superb! Owner Denis and all the guys are fantastic!!!

The hotel is superbly located on the beach, almost like paradise. The rooms were clean and thoughtfully decorated, only the cushions on the outdoor furniture could have been nicer. Breakfast was sufficient and freshly prepared. The staff were always helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, we had a negative experience when the hotel manager, supposedly out of kindness, drove us to a Spice Garden that was in a completely different direction from our intended destination, which turned out to be a tourist scam, as we later read clearly in the comments about the herb garden. Additionally, we had read in previous comments that laundry was free and a washing machine was available in the accommodation, but this machine was apparently broken, so our laundry was taken without asking, washed somewhere outside for “overpriced” money, and billed to us. The bill wasn’t huge, but the way the hotel tried to extract money from guests was uncomfortable.

Good day to everyone! We want to leave an honest review about La Curumba villa! We stayed in February 2026 in room Zinetta! We were welcomed at Colombo airport and comfortably taken to the villa! The villa manager Denis met us! He became our helper during the vacation and a friend forever! The villa and room are just amazing! All rooms have an ocean view! We ate only at the villa! Everything was sooo delicious! Denis organized all the excursions for us! He showed and told us a lot! Guys! Everyone who works at the villa! Thank you for organizing our stay! You’re an excellent team, whose goal is to make our vacation as wonderful as possible! While there, we felt like we were on an uninhabited island, but with maximum comfort! Total relaxation! We definitely recommend visiting this place! Once you arrive there, believe it, you’ll want to come back again! Denis and all the guys! Thank you again! We wish you health, and may your (our) La Curumba prosper! Come visit us!
