The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was excellent. The only downside was that the windows wouldn’t open.

The reception lady was outstanding! She took care of my luggage before check‑in, let me check in a bit early, and treated me warmly with a customer‑first attitude. It was raining lightly when I left, and she even lent me an umbrella, which I appreciated. At check‑in she gave me two bottles of mineral water and tea as a service, and there was also a water bottle in the room. The equipment is somewhat old; the big‑screen TV’s VOD remote is faulty, so I couldn’t watch my favorite videos.

The Wi‑Fi lived up to the hype and the front desk staff were friendly. The rooms were bigger than a typical business hotel, so you could relax. Unfortunately the power sockets were out of reach, the place didn’t feel very clean – more like a love hotel – and adjusting the air‑con was a bit tricky. On top of that my bed and pillow didn’t match, so I had a hard time falling asleep.
