“Worst experience with this property due to unprofessional staff behaviour”
Nothing. I had a bitter experience from the moment I approached the reception. The staff told me there were electricity problems and that AC and fans weren’t working in the rooms. Ideally, they should have guided me to cancel or informed me well in advance, as they already knew about the issue the day before my check‑in. Despite their wrong advice, I cancelled through customer care, and while talking with them, the staff kept disturbing me by turning off the fans and playing videos at high volume on his phone, preventing a proper conversation with customer service. He also asked my kids and wife to leave the premises as the booking was to be cancelled by me. I’m not sure what this rude, filthy behaviour is in the service industry. This is my worst experience in Bengaluru and I regret partnering with such a third‑rated property.
