The only good thing was the location. The listing is very misleading: the room is a tiny basement box barely larger than the double bed, which isn’t obvious from the photos. The basement is extremely damp, has no windows, so there’s no natural ventilation. The humidity is so severe that the bedroom door was hard to open because the wood had swollen. When I reported it, the host simply replied, “Please try again.” The room was dusty, especially under the bed, and overall cleanliness was below expectations. The shared kitchen had visible mold stains on the walls. The most concerning issue was the ozone generator: the host told us to run it for 15 minutes and return after only 30 minutes, without explaining that ozone can be harmful to breathe or that proper ventilation is required after use. In a windowless room, recommending an ozone generator without clear safety instructions felt extremely unsafe and irresponsible. Overall, the room did not match the listing, and the combination of the basement location, excessive humidity, lack of ventilation, mold, cleanliness issues, and unsafe advice made for a very unpleasant stay.

The location is good. It’s a bunker with no windows in the room; the Wi‑Fi works intermittently, and because it’s underground there’s no way to have your own data. The room’s cleanliness is basically absent; the mattress and pillows are uncomfortable, there’s no space even for two people to stand. The communal bathrooms are probably cleaned more often, but still a bit iugh. The entrance smells like gasoline or paint all the time.

Very close to the center. The rooms are quiet and offer the right privacy, suitable for short stays. There’s a small heater to warm the room. The rooms are really small for two people with luggage; hooks on the walls for coats and an extra shelf would have been useful. The structure is fairly clean, but as soon as you enter there’s a closed‑off/fume smell that isn’t present in the room.

There were two towels in the room, which is a plus since not all hostels provide them. First, when we arrived, there were belongings of previous occupants in the room. Second, the heaters were meant for all rooms, but we ended up with insufficient heat, so we shivered for two days.
