The property is fine, but unfortunately I feel cheated because I booked a room with a private kitchen, and upon arrival it turned out there is no private kitchen, only a common one three floors below. The room was not described correctly. I missed having a fridge, and at 40 degrees it was a big inconvenience having to walk down three floors to use it. If I had known the kitchen wasn’t there, I would have brought a portable fridge. This is a major minus. I didn’t like that I didn’t have a private kitchen as promised, which caused me a lot of discomfort. I didn’t book a room with air conditioning, gold handles, and a home cinema, so I didn’t expect those; I only wanted the kitchen that was described.

Very polite and friendly hosts. The location is perfect for families with children. I recommend it.

The room and bathroom were very clean. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare breakfast or a simple dinner. The location is great, close to the stop and a shop, and on the other side of the street is the Skrzyczne lift. The center of Szczyrk is also just a few minutes’ walk.
