The workers at the lodge were helpful, the cleaning and facilities were good, and the breakfast was nice. However, the location is not what was advertised; the access is poor because of a long, unsafe bridge that isn’t suitable for children, the elderly, or anyone with mobility issues. This information should be made clear on the platform to avoid problems.

The setting is great, heavily wooded and surrounded by nature, and the team welcomed us warmly and with a lot of friendliness. The breakfast was delicious and served in a pleasant open area. The access bridge is an adventure in itself. I didn’t like the mattress and pillow very much, but they were manageable.

The new air‑conditioner is quiet and the staff are friendly. The parking is just a free‑access area in the middle of the woods (across the river), with no monitoring or security. Reaching the lodge requires crossing an unsafe bridge with huge side gaps, no protective screens along its length, and board holes, which is risky especially for children or people with limitations. The breakfast didn’t match the photos at all; there were very few options, and except for freshly made items, everything was stale. The room felt stuffy and damp, with a musty odor typical of a moldy place.

Flaviana attended to us super well, and the location was appreciated. It’s far from the city center, and the breakfast was decent. The location is bad: it’s very far from the center, a river cuts through the lodge and low‑profile cars can’t pass. You have to leave the car somewhere and cross a swaying bridge that isn’t safe. It’s good value, but I wouldn’t recommend it.
