The Ritz-Carlton, Cleveland

“Facility was beautiful. Club lounge was overpriced for what was available”

The hotel has really stepped up its game since our last visit - the rooms are super clean and the decor is fresh and modern. However, when we had an issue, I reached out to the manager via email, but unfortunately, I'm still waiting for a response. It's a shame, because the hotel's got a lot going for it.

The hotel's price tag was a real shocker - it was way more than what I was expecting to pay. The room itself was fine, but the price was just not justified. I'm not sure what kind of pricing strategy they're going for, but it's definitely misleading.

I was really looking forward to a comfortable stay, but the first room we were given had a pretty overpowering smell of mold and chemicals. I'm not sure what was going on, but it was definitely not pleasant. Luckily, the staff were able to move us to a different room, but it was a bit of a hassle.

I was really looking forward to unwinding in a peaceful atmosphere, and this hotel delivered - the ambiance was super relaxing and just what I needed. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It was a great little retreat.

“All needs meet”

The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect for anyone heading to Rocket Arena - it's just a short walk away. The food was amazing, the staff were super friendly, and the valet parking was a nice touch. It's a great spot to stay if you're in the area.
