The apartment was large and clean with a balcony, close to the new centre and the train station, which made sleep a bit noisy, but the air‑conditioning let us close the windows and blinds. There weren’t enough glasses, but we sorted it out.

The location and the room offered good value for money, but the Bergamo mosquitoes were a problem; otherwise the city is lovely.

The free mini‑bar was a great touch, the location was excellent, check‑in was hassle‑free, and the staff were pleasant. The video showing how to reach the room was very helpful; maybe add a video or description on how to exit without keys after checkout. The free toiletries and towels in the bathroom were appreciated. The mattress was too soft.
