The hotel staff are absolutely wonderful — very friendly, helpful, always at your service, and with a smile on their faces. The hotel is spotlessly clean and has a rooftop terrace with beautiful views of the pagoda and Kyoto Tower. The location is exceptional, right by the river and within easy walking distance of Gion, Pontocho Street, Kyoto Station, and many other attractions. Everything is around a 20-minute walk away!. The breakfast could be a little more varied and generous. This is not a complaint, but rather a suggestion that could make an already great stay even better and earn an even higher rating!

We were able to relax together as a family. The room was very clean and had a washing machine, which was a big help. The room was also very stylish.

“14 dagen een perfect verblijf gehad”

Het hotel is in een rustige wijk gelegen, van de andere kamers hoor je geen geluid. Binnen een paar minuten is er openbaar vervoer aanwezig. Maar het allerbelangrijkste is de vriendelijkheid en het goede Engels van het personeel. Echt, op recht vriendelijk en behulpzaam. In de 14 dagen dat we verbleven was er altijd vriendelijkheid en bereidheid te helpen
