The entrance with a sauna area and good breakfast is lovely, just a touch remote from the coast.

“Golfplatz, Hotelzimmer und Gegend lädt zum Wiederkommen ein”

The rooms are great, though the parking and street side were a bit of a hassle. Cleaning was excellent. We ate around 19:00, but most of the evening’s food (as announced on the menu) was already in short supply, not enough. Alternatives were offered but far from the planned dishes. The advertised food should have been available until the end. The staff handled it patiently, but the planning needs to be better.

We stayed in a Superior room that was huge, almost too big, with two balconies and a great view over the golf course. The dinner options were terrible; kids and teens had almost nothing to choose from. One evening we were served either liver or fish, both with bones, though the liver tasted excellent. My husband had to eat vegetarian that night. Two nights later the menu improved, but at about 19:15 no more main dishes were refilled, which was a real disaster and needs urgent improvement.

“Empfehlenswertes Wellnesshotel!”

Alles war top! Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet, nicht allzu grosser aber schöner Wellnessbereich mit beheiztem Aussenpool. HP können wir nicht bewerten, da wir es nicht genutzt haben, wir wollten ausserhalb auch essen gehen, aber wir haben 2 x das a la Carte Restaueant genutzt und waren sehr zufrieden, also alles in allem sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel!. Es gibt nichts, was uns nicht gefallen hat!

“Hotel gerne wieder - Baltic 19 nie wieder”

We had a fantastic room with two bedrooms and two bathrooms in the annex. The bathrooms came with soap, lotion, and a separate towel dryer that provided good warmth. Finally a truly large shower to look forward to each evening. Breakfast had a table reserved daily for us and our six friends, which we found very thoughtful. The breakfast was plenty. Parking is directly in front of the hotel and paid, and we always got a spot without trouble. We’ll definitely return. The kitchen staff should pay more attention to quality; one day I found moldy cucumber slices on my plate, and the shell had a fuzz. The restaurant at Baltic 19 on the golf course is not recommended for many reasons. After arrival we wanted a quiet cocktail and the kids an ice cream. The cocktail menu was weak, cocktails were served with completely warm juices, and the ice cubes melted instantly—so I didn’t order a second one. When we didn’t order a main dish but only ice cream, we received harsh looks, which was inappropriate. Non‑alcoholic drinks were served, but the glasses on the table were unclean, full of fingerprints, and the window spot had spider webs. There were three ice cream cups—very bland, the scoops were solid in the cup. When the cup arrived, it didn’t contain the described ice cream but coffee ice cream, which a 10‑year‑old couldn’t really enjoy. It was a visit we would have preferred not to make. This restaurant seems to belong to the Dorint group—don’t recommend it, a shame.
