The hotel manager was very welcoming and attentive to my needs. He provided all the necessary information about the hotel and answered all my questions. The care was genuine and the welcome was warm. The restaurant served good options and everything was freshly made. The service was very good

Another excellent stay with Mercure. The hotel is in a great location in Jayapura and feels modern, comfortable and well maintained. The room was spacious, attractive and very comfortable, with a similarly well-presented bathroom. Everything felt clean and thoughtfully designed. The staff were friendly, helpful and professional, and service throughout my stay was efficient. The food was also very good. Overall, a very comfortable and reliable hotel and I would happily stay here again. Very little. I really had no significant complaints about my stay

The breakfast spread was diverse and excellent, but the restaurant gets hit by the sun in the morning and it gets hot; it would help if the air‑con could be turned on earlier.
