Breakfast features regional, wholesome, high‑quality products, excellent homemade muesli, juices, and shakes, plus a separate kids’ breakfast. The setting at 1460 m above Schenna, Merano, with views of Dorf Tirol and the wide Etschtal is breathtaking. Children enjoy their own area with a playground, a small zoo with ponies and llamas, while adults can take yoga and baking classes from the owner and the chef goes hiking once a week. The chalets are lovely, with a tiled stove and an even more charming South Tyrolean décor. Nothing negative comes to mind.
