The location was nice and the staff were very respectful. The room was extremely comfortable, with a big fridge, AC, and blinds. The hotel contact responded quickly whenever we needed something; she even asked if it was okay for the housekeeper to come after we only wanted a towel change the day before. Minor nitpicks: it’s a bit hard to find, and you have to wait for a door to slide if you’re going in or out at night. The place wasn’t the cleanest—just a bit of dust that the housekeeper eventually cleaned—and the shower door in our room didn’t fully close.

I’m happy that I chose a home‑style stay and found this place. The apartment was very good value for the price, the location was great, and there were no issues with the market or restaurants. I initially struggled to find the entrance, but after speaking with the authorized lady, everything was explained in detail. The room looked very clean when you first entered, but later I saw the AC in a terrible condition. Also, there were small bugs like flies and ants; I had to buy medicine and an electric bug repellent myself. There is a TV, but the remote controls don’t work.

The spot is great, but we struggled to locate it because the civic number isn’t visible from the street; a photo from the host would have helped. The travel agency next door guided us, and Quyen was quick to respond.
