“Bad”

We were told we’d get a double room with a nice balcony, but the room was actually a single with two single beds and an ugly balcony facing the back building, which I had explicitly said I didn’t want. We stayed there for a night with the promise that we’d be moved to a balcony room with a street view from day one, but that never happened. The bathroom was a nightmare—by the end of the night we ran out of toilet paper. If you break a glass, you have to pay for it, about 1000 D… They seemed indifferent to returning guests and the price was over‑priced.

The hotel sits right in the city centre, close to every service, with a brand‑new building and staff who are friendly and courteous.
