Parking was very convenient, the room was a good size with a big comfy bed that I appreciated, the trams were just 150 m away and took us efficiently into the town centre, and tickets bought at the hotel reception made getting to and from major routes a breeze. Nothing really.

The facilities were fine and the parking was good, but overall everything else was satisfactory.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the hotel’s location right at the tram stop plus the secure on‑site parking made everything convenient. No complaints.

On the third floor, traffic noise was practically nonexistent, and the private, closed‑off parking was a plus. The espresso machine only dispensed 5 cl of coffee, so we had to press it several times to fill half a cup, and the housekeeping missed dusting some furniture and drawers.

The hotel is very good, but the neighborhood isn’t well‑visited; fortunately there is secure parking.
