The place offers parking and the TV streams Netflix and YouTube, the bed was very comfortable and there was a washing machine, and the bathroom’s dryer works extremely well, but there’s no smoking area and the nearest convenience store is a bit far away.

The room was spotless and smoke‑free, fit a family of four and had everything for cooking and laundry, yet the TV would turn on by itself around midnight several times, and it’s a little far from Hakata Station so those without a car should think about the extra effort.
The projector was good, but the amenities never got restocked and there was dust everywhere.

We stayed with four people and had plenty of room to relax, plus a convenience store was close by, yet the bathroom lacked a bin for feminine hygiene products, there was no bucket for hot water making it awkward to use, the cork area got foamy when I touched it, and without a bucket it was hard to wash my hands; the kids kept the hot water running, and the washing machine and hair dryer didn’t seem clean.
The bed was hard and the bathroom was dirty.
