The breakfast buffet was outstanding, and the restaurant staff were always very attentive and courteous. The room was tidy and generally clean. Even though we traveled without children, we felt the hotel was very family‑friendly. We were a bit disappointed that every service in the wellness area required a deposit – a €50 fee to reserve a blanket in the relaxation room feels out of place for a hotel of this price range. We also wished the sauna bags had been left in the room so we wouldn’t have to walk twice or use the locker rooms in the basement; that felt poorly organized. Additionally, the sauna area was very small and the relaxation room could only be reached via the corridor.

The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The food was delicious and tasty. The bathroom was small and cramped.

The hotel is great, even with kids, offering plenty of deals and a fantastic area.

The breakfast and dinner were exceptionally good. The hotel is very family‑friendly and the swimming pool is excellent. The promises and reality don’t quite match, so the value for money is a bit compromised.

The rooms are beautiful and modern, some with “sea view”, and the breakfast and evening buffet are excellent. The beer garden is lovely with a great view. The leisure activities are huge, the wellness area is sufficient, and the pool is large. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Special thanks to our waiter Nikolas, whose dedication is a true art, especially on a fully booked weekend. We’ll definitely come back, but only during the week, not in the holidays. The dining room was very loud when all tables were occupied, and the kitchen couldn’t keep up with the refilling of dishes – fortunately this only happened on weekends. Still, a clear recommendation.
