Everything in general… the friendliness of the person who attended us on all fronts… I’m more than satisfied, I highly recommend it when you come to Xalapa because this stay is the best; everything is close, really quiet and relaxing, worth staying here. Everything was very good so I have no negative comments, on the contrary, thank you for everything.

The staff have an excellent attitude, always attentive to guests' needs, and the space contains all the basics for a comfortable stay; the bathroom is very spacious, and the location is superb. Everything is excellent.
