I stayed with my father‑in‑law who ended up in the hospital, and I had to be with him, but the owner Felipe was insensitive and insisted on charging me for the stay as if I was using the services, even though I wasn’t present. I had to explain that it was unfair to be charged for something I wasn’t using, and I left feeling disappointed with the hotel.

The front desk guy, Fernando, was really polite and helpful. But the whole breakfast area felt like a surveillance zone, and the owner’s attitude was all over the place – what he said didn’t match what he did, which left me feeling a bit ripped off.

Nothing to say on the bright side. The room was a mess, the furnishings were subpar, the bed and blanket were uncomfortable, the coffee was weak, and the noise level was off the charts.
