I booked a hotel suite room for two days and travelled with my family, including two small children, but we could not stay in the hotel for even one hour; there were hairs on the floor, blood stains on the bed sheets, and the pillows were very dirty, so we couldn't stay at all. I told the staff at reception that I wanted to be charged for one day and check out immediately because the room was not clean, but they insisted I had to pay for two days and asked me to wait 15 minutes so they could clean the room. I ended up paying for two days and left that pathetic place, ruining my entire trip because of The Touchwood hotel.

The breakfast was decent, but they ran out of bread as they told us it was finished, and they didn’t help with moving luggage from the room or to the room.

The stay was exceptional; we stayed at this hotel for the first time instead of our usual annual visit to Vizag, and I really wonder how I missed out on such a great stay. It’s very near the Asilmetta junction and just 2.5 km from the railway station, which follows the straight road, so I would highly recommend this hotel.
