The only bright spot was the location. The price was disproportionate to the room quality and comfort. The reception didn’t understand Italian; I asked for a separate receipt for the stay‑taxes and they ignored me. I couldn’t sleep for two days because of the uncomfortable mattress and bed, plus light and kitchen smells seeped in through the room door. Finally, the bathroom was falling apart, the bidet tipped over, and the fan made an insane noise. All that for 150 euros a night!!!

The staff were kind and helpful; the location was excellent, just steps from everything. The room was spacious and comfortable, the bed was good, and the value for money was great.
