The place was spotless, which I really appreciated. But the parking situation was a pain – the ad said there’d be a garage, yet the host only offered it to people who booked in advance, so I had to park on the street. I booked the Mountain View room, but the view was basically a wall and some bushes. And the towel fee? 18 reais each – that’s steep for something that’s usually free.

It was super cozy, like staying in a friend’s house. The host, Claudia, is just wonderful – she made me feel right at home.

“Aconchegante , espetacular”

First time in Viçosa and I was welcomed with great energy by the owner. The reception was excellent, the place is pleasant, super clean and hygienic, and very calm – I loved it. I’d recommend it to anyone.

The host was rude and made insinuations about me without even knowing me. She was arrogant and not at all flexible.
